The appointments and times are scheduled. In the most common version of this scam, an out-of-town 'client' contacts a practitioner via email wanting to schedule appointments for a time in the future when he/she will be visiting the area. Please be vigilant and savvy, especially if someone asks for a “favor” in which they overpay you on a credit card and ask you to return cash. Please note! ABMP has received many reports of this scam.
